My client is an Integration specialist in Building Management Systems. They sell BMS equipment including sensors, valves, and actuator and IoT devices. They now require the assistance of a sales professional to targets the commercial building sector in Sydney.
Drive project sales from new and existing clients
Influence tender requests to include their specified Products and Systems/Solutions
Manage the preparation and submission of sales proposals
Maintain a high level of project knowledge through regular customer follow-ups, site visits, obtaining builders schedules and more
Must have 4+ years experience selling BMS, HVAC or Electronic Security solutions into the commercial building market sector
A strong technical understanding of controls and components used to deliver a high-quality solution to the market
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
A solid knowledge of the commercial building industry with existing contacts to call on from day one
A deep understanding of market trends and commercial building companies
Either a trade qualification or mechanical or electrical qualification
A very competitive salary package. Base + Super + Bonus + Car or Car Allowance
