About the role
Every one of our team contributes to helping make our members' world better. As Lead - Reward Governance in our Performance & Reward team, you will be accountable for leading the strategic design, development, and implementation of governance frameworks as they relate the Superannuation and Insurance Industry, including in relation to the Prudential Standard CPS 511 - Remuneration and the remuneration aspects of the Financial Accountability Regime (FAR). This role will be a key stakeholder to the Office of the FAR, the Risk & Compliance team, Internal Audit and Company Secretariat. This role is also accountable for the delivery of regular reward policy reviews and will form part of projects and squads in relation to performance and reward and people and culture initiatives.
In this permanent role, you will be a key contributor in establishing and maintaining compliant, engaging and progressive frameworks as we integrate and define them for the future of Australian Retirement Trust and our people and leverage them for ongoing success. Working with the Head of Performance and Reward, you will also provide regular advice and insights to the People and Nominations Committee and Board to allow them to meet their obligations in relation to remuneration. About you
If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications may include:
Considerable experience in senior remuneration roles
Proven experience with the management and understanding of reward policies, benefit and incentive plans, and relevant reward processes
Technical knowledge of remuneration in the Australian Financial Services Industry and its regulatory framework
Excellent understanding of People/HR practices and remuneration cycles
Proven problem-solving capability in a fast-paced and complex context
Demonstrated experience in drafting of policies and board papers
Excellent communication and strong analytical skills.
