Do you have strong Administration skills? And enjoy a varied role?
My well-established client is looking for a Business Development Administrator to join their team, based in Redhill, Surrey.
You will have brilliant communication skills, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (in particular Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel), a strong background in providing Administrative Support, knowledge of effective administration processes and procedures. Previous experience working in the Education Sector is advantageous.
Duties:- Liaise closely and form effective working relationships with staff, students and third parties such as external agencies- Take park in the key College events, such as enrolment, Open Day/Evenings etc. - Assist in the effective collation of retention data, learner surveys and other documentation if required- Enrolling Learners onto courses, this includes the College's management information system and processing fee payments
-Promote a professional image of the College at all times, and in all dealings with either internal or external parties
-Ensure accurate recording of sickness, annual leave and other absence of staff, ensuring data is collated and communicated to the HR Department- Attend meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes as required - Respond to queries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer service at all times
Ideally experience in the same or similar role
Role: AdministratorLocation: Redhill, SurreyHours: Monday-Friday 8:45am -5.00pmSalary: £22,537- £25,000 (Depending on experience)
