Management of nominated national Insurance accounts
Can be either based in Adelaide or in Sydney

The role:
The National Service Manager will be responsible for:
Driving the delivery of high-quality care services to a portfolio of Insurance customers through proactive internal and external engagement
Strategic planning with a focus on retention and growth
Champion the customer through the Konekt business including training, resource development, performance monitoring, and best practice process development
Take a structured and effective approach to customer service agreements to ensure we are meeting or exceeding expectations and implement solutions to address any areas for service improvements
Continual promotion and development of a customer service focused culture within Konekt
Tender and proposal development and input
Complaints management
Building solid, trusted relationships with team members and customers
About you:
Workplace rehabilitation industry appropriate territory qualification
Over 5 years’ experience in occupational rehabilitation service delivery
Technically strong and knowledgeable re working with Insurance customers and within the Comcare jurisdiction
Previous track record of success in service management, training or customer facing roles
Ability to critically review national performance and drive improvements across the business to achieve service excellence
Experience in managing the delivery of service agreements.
Strong influencing, stakeholder management
Excellent personal engagement skills and integrity
The ability to work autonomously and as an effective member of a wider team
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
