About the Role
 
As a Product Development Manager, you will provide leadership in the development, implementation, and review of the business professional development products and services, including the flagship certification product.
In this role you will develop, maintain, and update the product development processes, initiating and continuing new processes to ensure tools, resources and products are available to be introduced or commercialised.
The successful applicant will also be involved in the design and implementation of a new Learning Management System platform and following this you will be a key system owner and administrator.

Duties:
Design and develop high quality, member-centred learning experiences, certification programs, resources, and tools, in collaboration with member consultation groups, external stakeholders and industry/education partners
Conduct market analysis and deliver recommendations, to assist the Head of Product and Member Experience in the development of the product and member services strategy
Coordinate product development projects to achieve project objectives within the agreed timeframe and budget, providing progress updates as required to both internal and external stakeholders
Manage and coordinate learning, assessment, and certification content for all programs, considering the variety of segments and audiences within the project management profession and adapting accordingly to meet their needs
Collaborate with SMEs, industry, members, and key stakeholders to provide program solutions that meet the changing needs of the project management profession
Conduct mapping of training packages to certification levels
Ongoing review and refinement of developed content
Research and propose opportunities for growth within established and new sectors
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders and research partners including the third-party workforce, education partners and service providers.
Skills and Experience:
Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills
Strong project management experience
Demonstrated experience in developing and designing courses and curriculum
Good working knowledge of the Australian Qualifications Framework
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
High level organisation, administrative and time management skills including experience in managing external contract contributors
Capacity to interact with and critically evaluate new and emerging learning technologies
Ability to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in current practices
Experience with implementation and monitoring of programs on Learning Management Systems
