About The Opportunity
As the Product Marketing Manager, based at our Fortitude Valley office in Brisbane, you will drive commercial outcomes for the company’s suite of products, both in terms of product features and functionality, by developing effective marketing strategies and plans.
Reporting to the Head of Global Marketing, your key responsibilities will include:
Responsible for the creation and execution of the end-to-end marketing campaigns that articulates the benefits of our product suite for customers and partners worldwide
Delivery of customer focused campaigns that drive engagement, expansion, retention, and support sales team initiatives
Own and create product specific content that articulates the benefits of the product suite
Lead and maintain product specific customer and user journey and customer and user segmentation analysis to develop buyer personas in conjunction with Product Strategy Managers
Develop a marketing plan for the product suite including key activity and manage to budget supporting the retention of existing and acquisition of new customers
Own the creative development and distribution of a wide range of product related marketing material from blog posts, website representation of features, thought leadership pieces, case studies, conducting webinars to convey product specs to customers and partners
You will have a proven track record in the development of product positioning, value proposition development, go-to-market planning, sales, and marketing content development
Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:
You will have experience in a B2B product marketing role for a technology/SaaS business
Strong communication skills both verbal and written with demonstrable experience translating complex information and data into clear understandable messages.
Comfortable using collaboration, CRM, and marketing automation tools
Degree qualified in a relevant discipline
