We currently have an opportunity within our Subaru Retail team for an enthusiastic and customer driven Service Manager to lead our dealership at Subaru Berwick.
In this role you will be responsible for managing the Service Team of apprentices, technicians, advisors and parts experts, ensuring the department is maximising productivity, efficiency and profitability through quality workmanship and the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who:
Has previous experience working as a Service Manager
Thrives off empowering a team to achieve results which generate revenue above and beyond expectations
Will ensure all site processes and ways of working are best practice and in line with company policy and procedures
Demonstrates the ability to work effectively with a sales team to maximise results
Has a resilient and proactive attitude to managing challenges and leading in times of ambiguity
Takes accountability and ownership to ensure your team are held accountable for the delivery of the core requirements of their role
Shows exceptional time management, prioritisation and planning skills to deliver exceptional service to our customers always
Enjoys working in a retail environment, has a current driver’s licence with a sound driving record, is a qualified service technician/mechanic and has experience using ERA Net
