Customer service and administration specialist
Randstad is currently recruiting for a Customer Service administrator to work for a national client within the pool industry. The successful candidate will have a high attention to detail, show resilience and be tech savvy.
Responding to all customer enquiries via email and phone
Developing strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Follow up on all customer requests
Track and Manage orders through the database.
Manage walk in customer enquiries
Assist with invoicing
Your skills and experience
Previous experience in a Customer service environment
Excellent verbal and written communication to engage and build relationships
High attention to detail and ability to show resilience.
Be able to learn new computer systems quickly and efficiently.

Monday - Friday full time permanent position

Full training provided
This role is full time, Monday-Friday, the hours are 7:30am - 4:00pm. Ideally we would like someone to start immediately.
