The Client
This amazing opportunity has come about with a first-class agency based in the Inner City. This well-respected and established Real Estate Company has a strong market presence and strives on delivering accountable results for its clients. This office employs high achievers and has a long track record of solid success in both Property Management and Sales. 
 
The Role:
You will be the driving force that keeps this top-performing property management team in order. Reporting to the Directors and working within an elite team of staff, this role will see you utilise your administration, management, and operations skills daily. 
As the Team Leader, your day-to-day duties will include but will not be limited to:
Oversee a portfolio and manage a team
Ability to prioritize your own and your team's time
NCAT and Tribunals
Lead a highly successful department
Develop team strengths and improve weaknesses
The Ideal Candidate
To be successful in this role, you will have strong Real Estate experience, ideally in a similar role, or a strong history of PM or Sales experience. This is an integral position for this team where you will be working alongside a team of Directors and their high-performing employees. You will also need a current Certificate of Registration, Car and Drivers Licence, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and strong MS Office skills.
