A long-term contract HR Recruiter position is available for an experienced Recruiter to work at a prestigious and well-respected company.
Must have experience. 4 years plus.
This position is responsible for the full recruitment cycle associated with attracting, assessing, and selecting qualified candidates. Collaborates with hiring managers to identify talent needs that support business goals. The Recruiter develops, plans and executes strategies and activities to accomplish business objectives related to recruitment and selection decisions, including sourcing strategies necessary to build a qualified and diverse candidate pool. Serves as subject matter expert and point of contact to management for all aspects of the talent acquisition process.
Preferred experience includes Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases, MS Suite, Outlook, Word, Access and Excel, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be a willing team player with the ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrated experience in talent acquisition/recruiting.
Prior experience working in the healthcare or managed care industry is preferred.
This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours weekly and the contract duration is 12 months.
Candidate must be able to pass a background check and be fully vaxxed.
