Job Description Summary
An exciting, newly created position is available within the C&W maintenance team. Help drive process improvements and implement efficiencies within our work ordering systems whilst also managing a growing team.
Job Description
The Maintenance Order Enablement Manager (MOE) role is critical to ensure that all maintenance work orders are captured in the system and allocated out accurately to vendors for competition. The MOE manager will be required to work with both the reactive maintenance team and preventative maintenance team to look for opportunities to combine the functions and find efficiencies in both spaces.
This role will take ownership of the quality and auditing process ensuring that contractual obligations are met in the system and that errors are identified and rectified before issues are identified by the client.
The role sits on the leadership team of maintenance Operations alongside Reactive Maintenance, Preventative Maintenance and Workflow Support
Key responsibilities of this role include:
Reviewing contractor agreements
Reviewing open and overdue work orders and providing analysis on contractor performance
Completing Closures both RM and PM
Business unit reporting (scheduled and adhoc)
Executing a quality/Audit process for RM and PM work orders
Project work as Maintenance Operations takes on new work streams in 2023
People Management, oversight of a team of up to 4 staff
Skills and experience we are looking for in our ideal candidate include:
Prior experience working within facilities or maintenance industries
Understanding of JD Edwards systems (highly regarded)
Leadership skills, ability to mentor and manage team members
High attention to detail coupled with a positive "can do" attitude
