Hudson are pleased to be partnering with this well known and reputable lifestyle and tourism building company located within Adelaide SA. The client is seeking a passionate, driven and knowledgeable Community & Sales Manager for their lifestyle village located within the Riverland at Waikerie.
The successful candidate needs to demonstrate strong sales skills as well as customer service, complaint resolution, community events planning, problem solving, relationship management and organisation. This position offers accommodation on-site with a flexible Tuesday-Saturday working roster.
The village is a land lease community that offers affordable housing for independent living for people over the age of 55. Residents have the choice to build the home of their dreams of which they are the sole owners of, or buy a pre-existing home.
The dynamic Community & Sales Manager role will see you take the lead on home sales, communicate regularly with a database of potential clients, get to know all current residents, and work with the marketing team to be the driving force behind our marketing strategies.
Responsibilities include:
Engage with current and potential clients
Build and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities
Achieve sales goals and KPIs
Understand and champion the benefits of a land lease community
Be available for display home and Village client visits or tours
Distribute and promote sales materials
Liaise with the construction companies during the home build process
Manage general administration tasks of the Village reception
Co-ordinate in Village resident activities and events
Process site fees and other payments using PMS Newbook (Training Available)
Work collaboratively with our marketing and operations team to achieve common goals
Must have skills:
Natural sales ability
Experience in the real estate or building industry in a sales capacity
Highly proficient using a range of general software systems
A friendly and welcoming personality
The ability to adapt to change
Strong initiative
A natural ability to build relationships
Problem solving skills
