The Role: Business Analyst

Location: Brisbane - Hybrid

Term: 12-months
The HRIS Business Analyst will facilitate the discovery, impact analysis and testing of the downstream integration to organisation applications that have a touchpoint with the new Human Capital Management System (Workday). The Business Analyst will work with Application Owners, implementation partner's team, IT stakeholders and the HRIS project to assess the opportunity and impact for each integration and develop a plan including deliverables, responsibilities, and timeline to achieve agreed outcomes.

Responsibilities:

The Business Analyst is required to help support this process and will need experience of hybrid project implementation methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.

Stakeholder engagement and facilitation, working collaboratively with a broad range of diverse internal/external stakeholders

Leading & planning workshops, writing and analysing business requirements/ user stories

Business process management, analysis & improvement

Gap analysis, creating 'as is' and 'to be' business process diagrams and models

Maintain subject matter expertise across systems and processes, as well as those being created as part of the implementation

Understand and contribute to the overall Capability Model

Skills and Experiences:

Strong analytical ability to review high level information and transforming them into useful insights

Ability to work individually as well as to contribute as part of team

Experience in integrating multiple enterprise systems across various domains (E.g., HR System - Identity, HR System - LMS)

Skills to manage and work with multiple business stakeholders

Experience working across HRIS system implementation projects (Workday, Aurion, Kronos, Chris21)
