Manage & co-lead the brand and consumer marketing partnerships strategy for Australia’s most trusted brand – Dettol. You’ll lead Dettol’s partnerships with iconic organisations such as Cricket Australia, bringing to life our brands purpose of protecting what Australians love, across multiple touchpoints.
You’ll be part of a strong talented team, responsible for the marketing partnerships strategy, advertising and communication content & brand ideas in a dynamic, purpose-led environment & culture.
Focusing on a dedicated market, you’ll make your mark by making sure we do the same. You’ll:
Lead the equity, innovation and activation elements of an ambitious country category strategy
Collaborate with our amazing partners to bring ideas to life
Work with supply, sales, area and finance to secure a bigger market share
Supporting the setting of pricing and distribution strategies
Develop and execute consumer marketing plans and partner with Trade Marketing to execute channel / 4Ps strategy for your brand
Work across functions including Area, Supply, Sales and Finance to develop and execute your commercial plans
Helping to shape new business development initiatives
Take the lead on region-focused product launches

Have experience in marketing models that reach beyond the traditional
Have worked in an FMCG setting before
Are a proven strategic thinker, with a background in brand planning and activation
Are analytical in your approach
