Our Central VM team is pivotal in providing direction to our full Retail and Wholesale estate on how to deliver an on-brand experience to the consumer. Working within this team this role will provide support to all elements of VM including windows, in store and POS. No two days will be the same with in this role from getting involved in creative set ups to assisting with the allocations and communications out to our store teams.
Support the Central VM team in providing direction and support to the Field VM teams in setting up key Visual Best Expressions such as windows, showrooms and in store guidance alongside H.Q event set ups
Research future creative concepts and provide mood boards to the Window Design Manager
Track sales information following visual set ups and provide feedback to the Central VM team
Update the VM Critical Path and Asset trackers, ensuring all relevant information is captured and inputted
Ensure the Budget tracker remains up to date, highlighting any risks to the Senior Central VM Manager
Support the POS Coordinator on the creation of allocations for stores physical assets
Raise purchase orders when required ensuring external suppliers are paid in a timely manner
Input requests to the Sample management team so stock is ready and available for VM mock ups
Provide monthly newsletter VM communication updates to the wider business
Ensure our internal communication platforms have the most up to date information, working alongside the Retail Support Communication team
Support in the sourcing and securing of all relevant props/materials for windows on time and within the agreed budget
Take responsibility for the inventory of any VM props, fixtures and equipment, co-ordinating any refurb when required and manage the inventory and storage of these items
Occasionally travel to support in new store opening or key seasonal change set ups
Be a positive, energetic, creative team member, with a flexible and agile approach
Experience working as a Visual Merchandiser at store level
Experience in working with Mac software including InDesign and Photoshop is beneficial but not essential
Able to provide creative ideas and concepts
Someone who is highly organised and dynamic
Able to work to tight deadlines in a fact paced environment
An effective communicator and collaborator
