We have a newly created opportunity foran exceptional individual to joinour team at Head Office in Ballarat as our Parts Inventory Manager for our Australian and New Zealand group. The Parts Inventory Manager will have overall responsibility of the parts inventory for Brandt ANZ to build a world class parts distribution system including warehousing, pricing, and dealership connectivity. Working closely with their team the Parts Inventory Manager will deliver outstanding customer service through having the right parts, in the right place, at the right time, for the right price.

What does the role look like on a daily basis?

Drive continuous improvement in parts fill, delivery, and efficiency of parts processes, while actively managing parts obsolescence and turn metrics.
Manage stock out/inventory email requests from our 24 locations
Manage ongoing relationships with key vendors
Collaborate with the Inventory and Field Teams to develop and implement a corporate parts stocking system to maximize parts availability
Develop and implement an initial parts and seasonal parts inventory process
Develop and maintain a parts pricing strategy that balances gross margin and competitiveness in the marketplace
Implement supply chain solutions to provide the most efficient service to dealerships.
Identify opportunities, implement strategies to market, and grow the overall parts business of Brandt.
A highly motivated individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
An analytical thinker and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel.
Experience within inventory management, warehousing, or supply-chain or equivalent
Customer focused and comfortable with vendor management and conflict resolution
