About the Team
Our Strategy, Culture & Reputation team is responsible for strategic projects, policy and advocacy, as well as enterprise, network and supply chain strategy. These activities help to direct the company's business growth, improving the company's overall commercial performance. They also lead the People strategy responsible for cultivating a great employee experience and place to work. Our core value comes from how our teams collaborate and partner with the business to deliver our support services. Success in our roles is achieved by influencing and innovating as well as listening and responding to the needs of the operating business units.
About the Opportunity
Lead organisational development initiatives that contribute to the performance, capability, cultural transformation and employee engagement at ARTC. Develop and implement organisational development initiatives that align to ARTC's strategic plan and priority deliverables that address key issues, leadership development, change management, diversity management, workplace metrics, workforce planning, employee engagement, and reward and recognition.
Develop evidence-based strategies and solutions that are aligned to organisational strategy and operating models to contribute to enhanced levels of employee engagement and performance
Plan and co-ordinate the implementation of integrated organisational development interventions, drawing upon internal and external bench marking, to understand issues and identify appropriate frameworks for delivery
Ensure organisational development and design programs and projects are linked to ARTC systems to achieve a holistic approach that drives organisational capacity and performance
Identify key capability requirements by job function and collaborate with key stakeholders to develop interventions to support capability development and to support learning requirements (non- technical)
Partner with our P&C Leaders and the business to identify organisational development needs, based on strategic imperatives and organisational diagnostics
Undertake evidence-based evaluations of the efficiency and effectiveness of ARTC's workforce strategies in achieving business outcomes, to confirm direction and determine necessary adjustments
About You
To ensure success in this position, applicants will be able to demonstrate:
Tertiary qualification or significant work-related experience in a human resources or business- related field, coupled with demonstrated knowledge of contemporary organisational development/learning and development practice.
Demonstrated experience in the development and application of human resources and organisational development strategies that support performance, capability, cultural transformation and employee engagement.
Demonstrated ability to research, develop, implement and evaluate organisational development programs of work, along with human resource policies and procedures.
Demonstrated experience in partnering and working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders, including P&C team members and leaders to achieve positive outcomes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships and to communicate and influence at all levels.
Demonstrated project planning and management skills through the successful delivery of projects and change management processes.
