Management (Information & Communication Technology)
As a Service Desk Operations Manager, you’ll be onsite, responsible for leading a large team of IT support staff as well as being a key customer liaison to ensure the highest quality service. Your primary focus will be overseeing an account dedicated team, fostering excellence in the areas of customer service, technical troubleshooting & process improvement, whilst also keeping an enjoyable and inclusive workplace.
Because we're not your typical IT outsourcer (we're privately owned and make looking after our people a priority), as a new member of our operations management team, each day you'll play a key role in driving operational direction, helping our customers achieve their strategic goals.
Keen to get involved? You’ll just need some of the following:
Experience to lead & develop technical teams, confident across escalations and business practises
Proven experience in driving workplace culture of support & collaboration
Avaya Call Manager System administration experience and HP Service Management knowledge would be advantageous, but not essential
Baseline AGSVA Security Clearance minimum required
