Job Description


To resolve escalated business queries and complaints within Managed Maintenance (MM) efficiently and effectively through proper Route Cause Analyses (RCA), finding practical solutions, liaising with internal and external customers/business stakeholders; and suggesting and implementing control measures to effectively minimize customer complaints enhancing the overall customer experience.


Qualifications


Diploma - Transport and Operations
Qualified Motor Trade Certificate or Certificates of Competence within the Motor Trade Workshop. Motor Manufacturer approved Technical Certificates indicating component and experienced obtained.
Experience at franchise dealership/reputable retail workshop facility as service advisor/technician where technical capability & vast technical skills knowledge base has been obtained.
Experience in managing a fleet of vehicles & specifically where a thorough technical understanding thereof is evident. Experience in the understanding of process-driven systems & the control of processes; where focus has been on driving productivity, warranty claim processes & understand.
3-4 years experience
