Our client is looking for a Corporate Brand Manager to ensure that the company’s brand is clean and communicated consistently and effectively by all internal and external stakeholders, so to maintain an optimal public image that creates good will within their industry.

Core accountabilities:

Create a Brand strategy that engages key stakeholders and target the right audiences to effectively & consistently position the company’s brand, product and service offering, what differentiates from our competitors, and the value creation opportunities we offer current and prospective partners that results in lasting networks for the company
Engage with senior leaders to craft key crisp messaging for the brand related to the company’s business position & differentiation and business imperatives
Establish and manage the corporate brand management budget effectively
Establish and maintain an optimal public image and organizational morale, through proactive, consistent, effective, and savvy internal and external stakeholder engagement
Ensure the brand is communicated clearly and consistently to and by all our stakeholders, including shareholders, partners, key opinion leaders, customers, employees and others
Navigate the company’s messaging through changes within its internal and external environments
Develop brand campaigns and programmes to shape stakeholder sentiment through diverse channels including traditional marketing, digital marketing, and articles, blogs, webinars, roundtables, conferences, exhibitions and communications.
Identify key industry events occurring locally and globally to ensure that the company is represented, participates optimally and actively builds the company’s reputation and create lasting networks for future collaboration.
Ensure effective execution of the brand strategy through well positioned and certified company brand ambassadors who are equipped with the required messaging across various channels and marketing collateral that is fit for purpose
Scope, shape, plan and co-create company communications and events and project manage internal branding initiatives
Lead media relations through writing press releases, arranging press conferences and managing press requirements for interviews and publications
Monitor impact and sentiment across all public relations initiatives to gauge and ensure the company’s reputation is upheld and deliver reports on brand & performance
Co-create graphics design and content development for digital marketing purpose and oversee social media accounts and content to optimise public engagement and interest
Matrix management of corporate branding task team

Requirements

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent in Brand Management, Brand Marketing, Public Relations or Technical Communications

Experience

5+ Years relevant experience in a corporate brand management, brand marketing, public relations, corporate affairs, or communications role within an established corporate organisation, of which 3 years’ experience are at management level
Strong facilitation and presentation skills
Established business writing and copy writing experience
Experience in building sound strategies and processes
Graphic design experience using contemporary online tools
Sound experience in marketing in a B2B setting
Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry experience is advantageous
