My client is looking to hire a passionate and highly organised Receptionist to be a part of a great team with beautiful offices based in North Sydney. Day to day:
As the Receptionist. Your main duties will be to provide administrative support to the Office Manager.

  • Answering inbound calls
  • Providing the highest standard of customer service to all stakeholders internally and externally
  • Greeting guests in a warm and professional manner
  • Receiving and distributing mail and deliveries
  • Providing administrative support to the office
  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Organise catering for meetings and events
  • Ordering stationery and staff amenities
  • About You:

  • Previous experience in Reception, Front of House, Concierge, Call Centre, Administration or Retail would be highly regarded
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bubbly and professional demeanour
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Ability to liaise confidently with management and potential clients
  • Demonstrate high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Working Arrangements:

    Hours: Monday- Friday, 08:30am- 03:30pm
    Start date: ASAP
    Location: North Sydney
    Role type: Temp (4-6 months) guarantted progression to Permanent
