Managing our Deceased Estates and Technical team, you will lead a team of technical specialists who are responsible for providing exceptional customer care and end to end case management for our deceased accounts, relating to all Banking and Financial Services products, family law and early release to super requests.
You will monitor the effectiveness and quality of your team’s phone based and case management activities ensuring a high level of service to our clients, beneficiaries and third parties. You will also focus on the continuous improvement of your team through ongoing coaching and development.
The Deceased Estates and Technical team work closely with a wide range of other teams within the Macquarie business, so you will actively seek to develop relationships with internal stakeholders and to identify business and process improvement opportunities, while adhering to compliance and regulatory standards. Ultimately you will ensure an exceptional client experience is delivered during every interaction.
To be successful in this role, you will have leadership experience within deceased estates. You will join us with a mixture of team management skills, professional communication, strong attention to detail and the passion to lead and develop a team.
