Role Purpose:

An exciting opportunity has arisen in New South Wales, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused individual to join our team.

Working alongside our Business Development Managers in supporting a panel of advisers, you will be part of one of the most well-respected Distribution teams in the country and will play an instrumental role in driving sales of Challenger investment solutions. We pride ourselves in truly partnering with advisers, practices, and licensees to enhance client retirement and portfolio outcomes.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining regular contact with existing supporters (financial advisers) of Challenger solutions and meeting business retention objectives.
  • Utilising Challenger’s tools and calculators to demonstrate the positive impacts of various income strategies on real-life client scenarios.
  • Providing advisers and their support staff with administration assistance and business implementation support.
  • With the direction and support of Business Development Managers, building new relationships with specific groups of financial advisers and offices.
  • Providing phone and web-based training to advisers and support staff on Challenger’s quoting and calculator platforms.
  • Supporting advisers and the broader Distribution team in the resolution of Challenger product queries.
  • Tracking and reporting of funds flow from Challenger product sales activities.
  • Role Requirements:

  • Experience Financial markets and products
  • Sales / Customer Service / Administration experience within the financial services industry
  • RG146 Qualifications / Certifications
  • Team Work - Actively assisting team members towards the achievement of a common goal
