About the role
As the Customer Marketing Manager, you’ll play a highly pivotal role in the success of Optus’ strategic base transformation program. You’ll be responsible for the design, development, execution, and reporting of the marketing strategy and marketing campaigns to transform our customer base using a holistic base management approach to grow value.
You will be joining a high-profile team and be the lead into many of our channels including retail, customer support, online, and business partnering. Ensuring all frontline teams have visibility and knowledge of any in market offers and upcoming propositions, customer comms and migration pain points including remediation; your key responsibilities and objectives will include (but are not limited to):
In addition to having previous experience in campaign management working with both internal teams and external vendors, you’ll bring a strategic marketing lens to base transformation initiatives. You have the ability to work to tight timeframes and within budget and have previously worked in a matrix organisation being able to adapt/flex with the natural rhythm of business planning cycles.
