The Role

Positioned within Operational Support Services, this position is to support the compliance and complaints team. Additionally, to help with onboarding of Subcontractors and general customer experience.

Some of the responsibilities include:

  • Going through files, ensuring correct documents are attached
  • Document uploading
  • Data entry
  • Database management
  • Document checking/verification
  • Chasing various documents, checks, training certificates
  • Please note this is a temporary to permanent opportunity and only eligible visa holders or Australian Residents will be considered.

  • Previous data entry/administration skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
