The Role

As an expert in your field, you will plan, implement and overseeing marketing strategies for a variety of marketing and sales channels and well as channel partners. You will integrate systems, leverage in-store experiences, embrace customer-centricity, provide a consistent experience, and build content that forms the lifeblood of your omnichannel efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Brand & Marketing, the key responsibilities will be:

· Work with the Head of Brand and Marketing to develop the Omnichannel Strategy to support store lifecycle, launch, post launch nurture, maturity, under-performance, and anti-competitor strategies.

· Develop local community engagement including sponsorship partnership opportunities.

· Create instore and online experiences to improve engagement i.e., product trial (sampling program) and events

· Develop omni-channel strategy to boost engagement and build a strong and positive brand image for Harris Farm Markets.

· Integrate across different marketing channels including in-store, mobile push ads, social media, newsletters, mobile apps, chatbots and more…

· Develop ways to enhance accessibility to customers and to bring joy to their shopping experience.

· Manage instore point of sale and store signage (working with customer experience team) to improve navigation along with category sales

· Work with internal teams to publish and distribute amazing content.

· Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support

· Work with Loyalty team to Oversight and Execution of EDM/Digital/CRM strategy ·

· Work with the Loyalty Manger to develop the customer relationship management program.

· Get the whole team on board making the customer brand a focal point for everyone in HFM not just the marketing team. Adapt your communication style effectively to your audience.

· Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-­facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.

· Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.

Qualifications & Competencies required

· Have a proven track record in channel marketing.

· Be tertiary qualified in Marketing or similar would be beneficial although not essential.

· Be proficient across online and offline customer channels.

· Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools

· Able to structure and coordinate the activity of the Marketing function.

· Be organised, able to work autonomously, collaboratively and team focused in your style and approach.

· Possess excellent communication skills and be a natural influence and people person.

· Ability to work collaboratively across other departments e.g., retail operations, eCommerce, finance, IT.

· Strong project management, multi-tasking, and decision-making skills.

· Metrics driver marketing mind with an eye for creativity.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Able to work in a fast paced, agile environment.

· Love working in a close-knit team who work well together.

Additional Information
