The Role

Your fit within the role will be dependent on your proven customer service experience with key responsibilities including:

  • Oversee day to day operations of the Customer Service Team.
  • Respond to high volume inbound customer queries via telephone, email and chat.
  • Configure, maintain and control office networks and IT equipment.
  • Audit systems and assess outcomes.
  • Design training programs and workshops for staff.
  • Skills & Experience

  • Proven work experience as a Customer Service Manager.
  • Demonstrated aptitude in problem solving and conveying information positively across the team.
  • Ability to build and motivate a team.
  • Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal.
  • High level of attention to detail and problem ability to provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
  • About You

    To be successful in the role, you will be someone with very strong customer service or administration experience and who is passionate about building relationships with others. You will also be an exceptional communicator on all levels, have a strong work ethic and the ability to work autonomously within a dynamic environment. Having a proven track record (2 years+) in customer service will be an advantage.
