Due to continued growth, an opportunity for a Client Services Officer is available for an immediate start to join their close-knit team.

    About the role

    This Client Services Officer position located in Wayville, SA is being offered on a full-time permanent basis and is responsible for providing support to a team of Financial Advisors. In addition, you will provide excellent front-line customer service while providing administrative support to the team and being a master of multiple priorities. 

    Duties

  • Workflow management

  • Correspondence and client document preparation

  • Check documentation and lodge business whilst meeting compliance requirements 

  • Client review management including fee disclosure and opt in requirements

  • Database maintenance

  • Client liaison

  • Reception relief

  • Process and implement all advice

  • Skills & experience

  • Previous experience within financial planning and supporting multiple advisors 

  • Sound knowledge of the financial planning industry

  • Working knowledge in direct equity administration is desirable

  • A genuine and personalised approach to customer service 

  • Computer savvy with exposure to Xplan (or other financial planning package)

  • Experience in self-managed super funds (desirable but not essential)

  • Strong database management skills

  • Impeccable attention to detail

  • A qualification in Financial Planning and / or Finance, or currently studying towards a qualification, is desirable
