Duties:

  • Communicate with customers via telephone and email
  • Answer inbound calls and inquiries
  • Identify and fulfill customer needs to satisfaction
  • Update and maintain database records
  • About you:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Strong computer skills
  • Prior customer service experience is an added advantage
  • MUST BE WILLING TO WORK ON A ROTATING ROSTER BETWEEN 7.30 AM - 7.30 PM (MONDAY - FRIDAY)
  • MUST BE AN AUSTRALIAN CITIZEN
  • NO COVID-19 VACCINATION REQUIRED
  • Ability to pass a National Police Check and government clearance
