Seeking trades staff at all levels.  Here’s a snapshot of your day as a Handyperson:
  • Performing assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency, and preventive maintenance. Completes maintenance and repair records as required
  • Assisting with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems.
  • Maintaining lighting systems throughout client facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps.
  • Responding quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.
  • Complying with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and directives related to building operations and work safety.
  • Skills and experience:
  • Repairs and Maintenance experience within commercial buildings
  • Experience with testing and Inspection of assets and systems
  • Relevant and valid OH&S cards 
  • Suitable Trade qualifications or experience
  • Valid Driver’s License
