Join a leading non-for-profit organisation as a Clinical Care Coordinator within their 60-bed Aged Care facility situated in Shoreham, South Melbourne

Job Description Situated in the quiet streets in Mornington Peninsula, this 60-bed modern Aged Care home offers safe and comfortable surroundings for its residents to reside in. It features an on-site hair and beauty salon, gym, cinema and beautiful garden landscapes - making this home the perfect facility for respite care, permanent aged care and palliative care. 
Our client is seeking a self-motivated and driven Clinical Care Coordinator to oversee the clinical operations of a 60-bed contemporary Aged Care facility located in Shoreham in the South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne.

The Role  
  • Responsible for managing the clinical duties of a 60-bed Aged Care facility in Shoreham
  • Provide leadership support to the clinical and support staff
  • Responsible for the recruitment and selection of staff
  • Directly report to and work alongside the Facility Manager
Requirements/Skills
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Full Australian Working Rights
  • Minimum 4 years working as a Registered Nurse in Australia 
  • Registered Nursing qualification
