Guardian Funerals has more than 50 years’ direct experience tailoring funeral services to the needs and values of families in Sydney and the Northern Rivers area of New South Wales. There are currently more than 30 funeral homes in our network, and each funeral home provides all the care and guidance family needs to plan a funeral that meets their needs and celebrates the life of someone special to them.

We are now accepting applications for a Funeral Arranger  to work on a part-time basis. Our Funeral Arranger, arranges and directs bereavement rites, including funeral and memorial ceremonies in a professional, organised and caring manner consistent with the company policies and procedures.

We are looking for people who have a strong customer service ethos and pride themselves on service delivery, problem-solving and customer satisfaction. You will need to have a sense of comfort of working with grieving families and the deceased. You lead with empathy and possess strong communication skills and patience and have a strong underlying desire to want to do more for others in a career that is valued.
