We’re looking for a Marketing Manager - Brand & Media to join us in our Camberwell office, and you could be the perfect fit!

As the custodian of the Priceline Pharmacy brand, the Marketing Manager – Brand & Media is a strong and driven critical thinker who is comfortable influencing peers, working collaboratively with agencies and external stakeholders, as well as mentoring their own direct report. They lead with an energetic, positive attitude, work with agility and can juggle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

The Brand & Media team are responsible for leading the development and execution of all Priceline marketing activity throughout the year – which means they’re kind of a big deal.

The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Work with the insights team and external agencies to develop marketing strategies and campaign plans that deliver to customer, commercial and brand objectives
  • Lead strategic projects and integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring they are impactful, implemented in full, to budget and on time
  • Ensuring consistency and excellence in execution across all channels (ATL, BTL) and all elements of the customer journey
  • Developing & managing the media strategy in conjunction with the Senior Manager - Brand & Media and media agency, and ensuring robust tracking is in place to ensure ROI and continuous improvement
  • Building strong relationships cross functionally and within the broader marketing team and Priceline business
  • Our ideal candidate would have the following experience and attributes:

  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in marketing, spanning campaigns, brand or commercial roles, ideally within a retail environment
  • Experience in developing and managing multi-channel campaigns and working with both creative and media agencies, as well as managing large budgets
  • Strong project management & leadership experience in a fast paced, multifunctional environment
  • The ability to work cross-functionally in a large organisational context to achieve outcomes through negotiation and stakeholder management
  • Strategic, critical thinker with commercial acumen who has a track record of turning data-driven insights into marketing plans and campaigns
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Curiosity, passion, perseverance, and a growth mindset
  •  Marketing degree or equivalent Business degree
