Introduction

IGT is the world leader in the design, development and manufacture of gaming products and systems. IGT Australia is a dominant force in Australia and New Zealand, and we provide a range of gaming products, systems and services to the Club, Hotel and Casino industries.

We are seeking a Service Technician to join our Service team in the Albury area, to provide service and technical support to clients in and around the region. We are open to all levels of experience and ideally the candidate will have the ability to travel distances as required to service customers throughout the region.

Responsibilities
  • Service and maintenance of all gaming equipment located within clubs and pubs
  • Preventative maintenance and installation of gaming machines and other related equipment
  • Assisting sales force in product promotion and performance
  • Attendant training and customer liaison
Requirements
  • Field, electrical or electronics service or maintenance experience or a keen interest in pursuing a career in this area
  • Ability to obtain a gaming technician’s licence for all jurisdictions covered in service region
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Gaming industry experience highly regarded
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work unsupervised
  • Ability to undertake physical demands required of the role
  • Possess excellent customer service and relationship building skills
  • Available to work on call
  • Comfortable working in a club environment
