About the role Drive Continuous Improvement (CI) through the establishment of an organisation wide Business Process framework Assist with the implementation of finance digital automation strategies Foster strong networks and cross functional relationships to maximise collaboration across the business in enhancing process efficiency, automation, and digitisation Adopt, lead, and drive best practice across all areas Manage stakeholders and build relationship both internally and externally Re-engineer weaker or deficient processes through training, research, soliciting expertise from subject matter experts, or other means, thus leading to an increase in the overall quality of end to-end processes Be part of a team of subject matter experts across finance to focus on technologies or skills that are new or cutting edge to the organisation and/or the industry
The Business ProcessImprovement Analyst (BPI) is responsible for supporting ongoingprocess excellence, digital enablement, challenging the status quoto support a culture of continual improvement and innovation. Yourduties would include:
We are looking for someone who is committed, motivated,energetic, and reliable. You will also have: Tertiary qualifications and relevant work experience across Business, Data Analytics and Finance Experience in implementing Robotics Process Automation, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence – Highly Desirable Ability to demonstrate good project management, analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work unsupervised, priorities your workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Committed to continuous improvement, sound time management and organisational skills
