Responsibilities First point of contact for any and all, matters specific to your accounts Partner with customers and develop relationships to provide best health solutions and products tailored to their specific needs (Products and Service – Subscription / Monitoring) Build and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships Build relationships cross internal departments to ensure your customers are well served at all times. Manage all administration of the account customers and adhere to all targets. Produce and utilise reports / data to make strategic sales decisions for your accounts. Working with internal stakeholders to execute accurate and high-quality quotes and proposals to manage current, new customers. Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating pricing to maximize profit Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed Liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service, Monitoring, Credit, Services departments) to improve the entire customer experience
Requirements and Skills Proven experience as an Account Management. Ideally experience in field, Key account, category, marketing for Medical products or Security Products Industry . Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prepare a wide variety of communication materials for internal and external audiences. Ability to handle pressure and execute multiple tasks simultaneously and in timely, responsive manner Strong Analytic Skills and Advanced knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint Ability to engage with all leadership levels, from junior to senior management Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
