    The Opportunity...

    A rare opportunity is now available for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our passionate and dynamic team. Your key focus will be to identify growth potential and develop and drive business in the mechanical workshop space in the Bayswater/Clayton area.

    You are highly engaging with a passion for providing solutions and service and will have a demonstrated and successful track record in the development of business or account management across parts and equipment. Comfortable acquiring new accounts, your strong communication and negotiation skills will hold you in good stead along with your team focussed attitude and passion to be the best!

    As a NAPA BDM your duties will include (but not be limited to);

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure opportunities are identified and acted upon
  • Structured and disciplined scheduled call cycle plan for all target accounts
  • Grow revenue by identifying opportunities and developing tailored solutions that meet customer's needs
  • Execute trade sales programs within the designated territory
  • Attend weekly/monthly sales meetings, industry events and product information sessions
