FPA Development

Our Development business is currently seeking a Team Assistant to join our team working on our Shell Cove project. Reporting to the Development Director, the Team Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Development Management functions across multiple projects and assisting with the coordination and workflow optimisation across the team. You will be part of a well established and knowledgeable team working on this multi-stage project, offering plenty of pathways for professional growth and development.

Shell Cove is located within Shellharbour, situated in the Illawarra region of NSW and Frasers Property has a development office located with the project. The current development pipeline of land, medium and high density homes, retail and public infrastructure is forecast to continue until 2027.

As the successful applicant, this role will see your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Development Director and wider team with communications, team coordination to support community development and communications requirements
  • Preparation of reports and project updates including coordination of information from external project consultants and preparation and distribution of project reports in accordance with joint venture requirements
  • Supporting follow up for Development Managers in progress tracking of project approvals with consultants and Government authorities
  • Preparing and recording contract documentation utilising standard contracts by internal legal team
  • Coordination of communication of information and activities to optimise Community Development events and functions
  • Administration of project information, reviewing documentation and drawings and ensuring accuracy
  • Supporting and promoting a customer first culture and supporting customer service activities
  • As the ideal applicant you will possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Property Economics, Commerce, Construction Management, Architecture, or related fields
  • Demonstrated experience within a support role in property industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong computer literacy skills including MS word, MS project, spreadsheets, email
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team environment
