Systems Connect (an unincorporated Joint Venture between CPB Contractors and UGL Engineering) is delivering the Line-wide Works (LW Works) package Sydney Metro City & Southwest (SMCSW) project, which will extend Sydney Metro Northwest to the CBD and beyond to Bankstown. SMCSW is being delivered through a suite of contracts for the tunnels, stations, line-wide infrastructure and systems.
We are seeking to appoint an experienced Quality Advisor to join our team based at one of our delivery sites across the project.
About the Role
The Quality Advisor plays a key role in supporting the construction delivery teams and is responsible for: Support the creation of an ‘Integrated Quality’ culture within the project. Proactively support the site construction team(s) to ensure high quality outcomes, including the timely closure of construction lots and NCRs Monitor and report on quality performance with measurement against defined objectives Ensure QMS documentation is developed and published within the Project Management System (PMS). Implement, maintain, monitor compliance and seek improvement of the Project Management System and systems for data, document and record management Monitor Nonconformance reporting process for trends and be involved in the investigation of significant NCRs Identify, assess and control risks to project quality of product

Ideally you will have: Minimum three years’ experience in Quality management and Assurance in either the construction or rail sectors Qualified in conducting audits as an Auditor Excellent knowledge of Quality management systems including a thorough knowledge of ISO 9001 Strong computer skills including the Microsoft Office suite of programs Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail Have initiative, be able to work independently and have problem solving skills.
