This leading modern mid teir law firm, known for their long term relationships with clients and highly regarded brand are experiencing even more growth. An opportunity for a a superstar Office Assistant has come up and needs you to  support a team of busy staff. This is an opportunity for someone who is switched on and wants to experience a fun corporate environment whilst helping make sure everything runs smoothly. This role will be different day to day and involve duties from receptionist to general administration tasks. 
Your Day to Day:
Being the one of the first point of contacts for the business and making sure everything runs smoothly your day to day will look like this:  
  • Front end reception duties 
  • Email management 
  • Travel arrangements 
  • Booking of meeting rooms 
  • Scheduling meetings 
  • Deliever documents to court 
  • Deliveries & couriers 
  • Dealing with customer inquiries 
  • Assisting with company website updates 
  • Attending phone calls 
  • Coordinating mail room 
  • Manage all scanning & filling 
  • Assistance with internal and external events 
You'll Need: 
  • Good attention to detail 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Excellent can do attitude 
  • 1-2 years minimum experience in admin  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
