As the Assitant Venue Manager you will be responsible for the day to day shift operations; the priority of your role is to drive revenue on every shift, manage shift labour and stock controls and ensure your casual team members are motivated to provide the best customer experience all while having fun!
This role focuses on various responsibilities related to operations, the bar, safety, HR, marketing, reporting and finance.
Some of the duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Briefing the shift team on daily sales targets and goals
  • Maintaining that all brand-specific service standards, including reception, functions, activity, food and beverage are met.
  • Communicate and motivate teams around the regular bar promotions
  • Liaise with liquor reps
  • Conducting venue orientations for all new starters
  • Run performance reviews
  • Drive promo nights, ensuring they are set up for success with all relevant equipment and collateral in MORE!
