What's the role?
Reporting to the General Manager HR Business Partnering you will support the design and delivery of people strategies and plans in line with business strategy, including supporting leadership teams to create the capability, operating models, ways of working and cultures required to achieve their business strategies and plans.
Be the trusted advisor and coach to the leadership team you support
Provide advice and strategies on how to improve performance, engagement and culture
Deliver and embed performance and development practices to improve productivity and overall business performance
Provide technical HR advice of operating model design, ways of working, operating rhythms, workforce planning to support business transformation and improvement
Establish strong internal working relationships within and outside of HR
Who are you?
Pragmatism, detailed focused and action oriented
Extensive HR generalist technical skills
Experienced in developing campaign project plans and a proven track record of delivering set objectives on time and on budget.
Experience in organisational development practices and methodologies
Ability to deal with complex structures and large volumes of work
Highly credible in a business environment, with a high commercial understanding and knowledge of creating value
Knowledge of measurement of the impact of people practices on business results and adapting to strategies accordingly
Empower others to take initiative and solve problems, champion desired behaviours and lead by example
