*About the Position: *

The ideal candidate for the HR Representative position is flexible and willing to help all employees in the agency. No two days are ever the same. This person should also be proficient in Microsoft programs. This position requires reporting on a variety of due dates, so it is imperative that this person is organized. The HR Representative provides support to the entire HR department as well as the agency.

*JOB FUNCTION: *Supports, coordinates and documents training activities related to the agency’s strategic plan. Works in coordination with Director of Learning to coordinate and execute a variety of agency wide and program specific learning opportunities. Occasionally, the HR representative will also help manage and maintain employee information, including personnel files, various HR programs and a variety of HR processes.

* Coordination and administration of reporting of learning outcomes through Relias
* Administers required learning plans to new hires using Relias learning
* Records non-e-learning training into Relias learning
* Creates monthly reporting and scorecard to track compliance with required learning
* Supports the Agency CEU process including logistical support of CEU sponsored session
* Assists in coordination of professional development sessions
* Coordinates the TCI (Therapeutic Crisis Intervention) training process including: Scheduling courses and co-presenters
Course completion tracking and reporting
Instructor training compliance
Materials ordering
Follow up communications with supervisors of pass /fail
Track training budget

*QUALIFICATIONS: *

* Minimum high school diploma
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Superior organizational skills are required
* Ability to effectively utilize computer programs such as Power Point, Excel, Publisher, Word, etc.
* In addition, must be able to work closely with the various departments of the agency
* Ability to handle job related matters in a professional, diplomatic, and confidential manner
* Ability to lift and move office supplies, books, files
* Ability to transport self and HR materials to various agency locations
* Physical and emotional stamina to handle job related issues
