POSITION SUMMARY Oversee and supervise a work group to meet department goals.

Scheduled hours for this shift: Monday-Thursday 1:30pm-10pm/Sunday 8:00am-4:30pm

*Schedule subject to change based on business needs*

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise the efficient operation of staff

Hire, train, evaluate and develop direct reports

Maintain a safe working environment for all associates

Ensure excellent customer service and communication

Receiving:

Check in product completely and accurately

Stock products correctly

Loading:

Pick product for daily deliveries along with special deliveries

Load trucks using good judgment regarding use of space and product safety

Returns:

Inspect and physically count returned merchandise

Restock inventory in appropriate place

Outbound freight of vender returns

Paperwork for all warranty product

Unloading of customer/inventory transfers from corporate warehouses

Operate power equipment, including fork-lift

May work as a backup driver as assigned or directed

Cycle Count/Inventory to drive overall accuracy of warehouse

QUALIFICATIONS
3 years of related warehouse experience
Skills and experience sufficient to supervise assistant receivers and helpers
Knowledge of or ability to learn computer systems
Willing to work overtime or flexible hours on short notice
Good memory and scanning abilities
Good communication and math skills
Able to lift up to 80 lbs. with the proper equipment
Able to climb 25 feet on a regular basis
Able to push/pull up to 500 lbs with the proper equipment
Able to learn to use a forklift
May require valid driver’s license and conformance with company driver policy
