Job Description

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:• Innovate to evolve the Allina Health | Aetna's in-person concierge customer service program to meet the changing needs of members.• Define and track program success metrics and make recommendations for improvement.• Serve as an in-person member advocate for Allina Health | Aetna Medicare enrollees.• Engage with members around complex issues predominantly in person but also via electronic media.• Drive member engagement and retention by delivering a positive member experience through all external interactions.• Support community development, member education, and other activities as directed by the Director of Medicare Operations and as customer service demands allow. Examples may include annual member meetings in the spring, Annual Notice of Change (ANOC) meetings in the fall, and/or strategizing locations/topics/audiences for other member events.• Support the Medicare sales team through analysis of member data and retention needs, including collaboration with Broker Managers on priorities to mitigate lapses.• Serve as a subject matter expert to the member experience committee. • Provide accurate, timely and insightful analysis in response to ad hoc requests.• Conduct audit and monitoring activities as part of service oversight• Prepare and deliver training topics for the market team, service teams, and clinical partners.• Provide accurate, timely and insightful analysis in response to ad hoc requests.• Demonstrate excellent organization, time management, and follow through in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum: 43,700

Maximum: 97,400

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications

• 2 years Medicare Insurance related work experience.• Proven communication skills both written and verbal• Experience with live and video presentations• Proof of Covid Vaccination.• Must be able to commute to St Louis Park office

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer service experience• Sales agent license


Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)
