**ADP is hiring a Bilingual Learning Support Representative.**

The **Learning Support Representative** is responsible for developing and maintaining effective relationships with ADP clients and is the direct client contact for ADP learning. The Learning Support Representative also conducts system administration of and ongoing support for the learning systems utilized by the Enterprise Learning organization.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:**

A successful Learning Support Representative has the following qualities:

+ Executes on role expectations on time with quality through collaboration with internal/client partners.

+ Demonstrates consultative approach, teamwork, and collaboration.

**REQUIREMENTS:**

+ Bilingual fluent French Canadian and English required - will be answering calls and responding to emails from clients and internal associates in both languages.

**Preference will be given to candidates that have:**

+ AA degree or equivalent in education and experience

+ Customer Service experience

+ Basic troubleshooting skills

+ Prior experience working with Learning Management Systems
