About the Role

Design and develop specific brand/channel/product activation strategies for area of responsibility according to global guidelines and marketing priorities. Has overall responsibility for assigned brands/products. Managing the interface to product development and coordinating and/or driving product launches. Develop Go - to -marketing plan for assigned brand / channel / product for the area of responsibility in line with global requirements and other relevant marketing strategies and plans. This position can be located in Philadelphia or Charlotte.

What You Will Do

* Propose and manage optimal assortment and corresponding pricing


* Develop and coordinate BTL and other marketing activities with other communication activities


* Manage assigned A&P budget and allocate to different activities


* Contributes to the Global Brand Development work related to the assigned brand/s, product category or channel


* Ensure adequate internal and external communication in case of quality issues


* Ensure collection of brand/product/channel related insights and consider them in the definition of the go to market strategy


* Collect, compile, verify, and analyze data on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the brand/product/service.


* Collect, compile, verify, and analyze data on product performance and customer feedback to identify brand/product/service features that need to be changed to meet customer needs.


* Maintain records of sales volume, revenues, and advertising costs and analyze them against forecasts to identify areas where the sales performance of the brand/product/service needs to be improved.



Who You Are

* Minimum Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus


* 2-5 years of strategic marketing experience


* Experience in B2B and/or B2C marketing preferred


* Sound knowledge of the Customer Buying Process and Sales Process


* Ability to quickly garner respect among peers (sales, marketing, Brand Activation, Market Access teams)


* Experience in Business Case Development and Strategic Business Planning and Execution


* Strong communication and collaborative skills


* Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage and address and audience


* Willing to travel 10-20%
