On November 12, 2021, Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Consumer Health business to create a new publicly traded company. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 24 months, and it will be subject to legal requirements including consultation with employee representative bodies, as required, and other customary conditions, and approvals. It is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you will be an employee of an entity within the newly created Consumer Health company and your employment will be governed by that company's employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.

Job Description:

The Manager, Quality Systems will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end (E2E) oversight and effectiveness of Consumer Quality Systems to support the region, functions, and local sites.

The Manager will craft the regional Quality System strategy and represent the region in collaboration with Global Quality Systems and Performance, Regional Q&C Organization, Quality Strategic Initiatives and Supply Chain Organization. The Consumer N. America Manager, Quality Systems will parallel strategies led by Consumer Health leadership and Global Quality Systems organization. The Manager will also have accountability of compiling and reporting applicable metrics as well as will collaborate closely with regional sites and functions, ensuring N. America regional alignment and input into Global Processes. The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership and be able to engage and guide the members of the Quality Organization on new thinking, approaches and behaviors.

Key Responsibilities:

* As a Strategic Leader, actively support the creation of regional strategies, programs and action plans in order to achieve short-term and long-term Quality Systems goals and targets.
* Act as a regional point of contact with Global CHQ&C CoE and manage deployment and implementation of global mentorship, systems, procedures and standards across the E2E regional functions and facilities.
* Lead a team of professionals to manage this deployment in the area of Quality Systems
* Advance and represent regional needs to the global process and system owners.
* Ensure executional excellence of the Quality Systems Processes
* Works with business partners / stakeholders / Site Quality heads to ensure alignment of NA Regional Quality System initiatives with strategic business direction as well as alignment with overall Global Processes.
* Serve as Quality Systems SME during internal and external (Health Authorities) compliance audits.
