Our enthusiastic and dedicated nursing staff provides 24-hour care, seven days a week. From helping our residents prepare for their day to assisting them to participate in exciting activities, you will play a huge role in their day. Through this day-to-day contact with our residents, you will have the ability to positively impact their quality of life by providing the best possible care.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: 

* Permanent Full-time (8 hours/day; 40 hours/week).
* Available Shifts:
* 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM); Rotating Days & Weekends
* 3rd shift (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM); Rotating Days & Weekends
* Opportunities on 3rd shift are limited, you are encouraged to apply for 2nd shift to increase your employment opportunities.


* Working every other weekend is required.
* Lunch Period: 30 minutes.
* Multiple positions may be filled from this posting.
* Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

In compliance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) requirements, if you are selected for this position, you must show, at the time of hire, verification that you have received either a single-dose COVID-19 vaccination, or both doses of a two-dose COVID-19 vaccination, unless you are exempt from receiving a COVID-19 vaccination due to an ADA or religious accommodation.  If you fail or refuse to show the required verification at the time of hire, and you have not received an exemption from the CMS vaccination requirements, your employment will be terminated.  

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

* Active registration as a Nurse Aide in the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry.

Additional Requirements: 

* You must be able to perform essential job functions.

Legal Requirements:

* A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination and drug screening. 
* This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act. 
* Under the Act, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to, PA State Police and FBI clearance. 



Commonwealth Employment Requirement:

* A conditional offer of employment will require the satisfactory completion of a medical examination.
