As an Enterprise Solution Super User, you will use, customize and administer CHCS's enterprise solutions. You will work closely with Information Technology team as well as the operations leadership teams to perform customizations, resolve user issues and define processes. You must be enthusiastic about customer service and a passion for improving the employee experience. You will collaborate with team members across Finance, Operations, Training, People and Culture and other departments to deliver and improve solutions. The ideal candidate will conceptualize business needs and be able to formulate, develop, and implement solutions from both the technical and business points of view.

* Acts as the lead & Subject Matter Experts for enterprise solutions support, administration and improvements - across all functional and technical areas.
* Analyzes, develops, and reviews business requirements, functional specifications, and test cases for all improvements.
* Application management/support, configuration changes to fields, workflows, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports and dashboards.
* Audit processes and associated interfaces between modules within HRIS platforms
* Coordinates with Manager of Enterprise Solutions on issues that cannot be resolved internally and require vendor escalation.
* Creates comprehensive technical requirements documentation and provide training to stakeholders.
* Effectively collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and simplification.
* Ensures system compliance with Company policies, procedures and protocols for system standards, customizations and changes.
* Evaluates business requirements, translate into functional and system requirements that meet those needs.
* Fully documents existing and new customizations and workflows
* Leverages and customizes out-of-the-box enterprise solutions.
* Maintains proper system access for all users and roles.
* Provides complex problem-solving expertise for user interface issues, technical support and training as needed.
* Provides support by developing business solutions, administering software programs, analyzing requirements, developing and maintaining reporting needs and managing system enhancements.
* Work with the Super User team to support testing activities.
* Performs other duties as assigned.


Education and Experience

* Bachelor's Degree or 5 to 7 years relevant experience in a healthcare IT setting.
* 7 years related experience in medical, clinical, health data, data analytics, Informatics may be considered as an appropriate substitute for education.
* One (1) to Three (3) years of documented experience in maintaining and supporting Enterprise Solutions, i.e., HRIS, Risk Management (Patient Safety), EHR
* Project management, system implementation and system integration experience a plus
* Experienced using forms, fields, custom records and workflows to manage unique business process requirements
* Superb communication, documentation, training and leadership skills

Other Requirements

* Must maintain a valid driver's license and automobile insurance coverage, be able to travel as needed, and be able to meet on a consistent basis the driving record requirements of the Company's auto insurance carrier if you drive your vehicle during company business
* Must maintain required credentials and mandatory training requirements to ensure compliance with all State regulations and CHCS policies
* Must be able to meet the physical requirements to complete SAMA and CPR training including lifting up to 12 lbs. and supporting up to 55 lbs.; bending, stooping and getting on and off the floor without assistance.

COVID-19 Mandate Requirements

Unvaccinated Staff options:

a. Get Vaccinated per the CMS Mandate.

b. Have a medical/religious exemption. Unvaccinated staff will need to test once a week at the employees own time/expense and must wear enhanced PPE to include an N95 face mask and a face shield.

c. Consumer facing staff DO NOT have the option to be unvaccinated without an exemption.

d. If the position is not consumer facing, staff members may continue to be unvaccinated, without an exemption and test once a week at the employee's own time/expense and must wear enhanced PPE to include an N95 face mask and a face shield.

Vaccinated Staff options:

a. For employees who are vaccinated and consumer facing, we are continuing to require wearing an N95 mask.

b. For all other vaccinated employees, we are requiring a cloth, surgical or N95 mask be worn in all shared spaces.

c. Vaccinated employees may only go unmasked if in a single occupancy office.


* Master's Degree in Information Systems or Business Administration
* PMP Certification, with an emphasis in Agile methodology
* Five (5) years or more maintaining and supporting one or more of the following: MyAvatar, Tyler Munis Self Service and Executime modules
* Experience in Crystal Reports, JIRA, MS Project
